4/29/04 Karen is the greatest! The day we mentioned we were looking for a house was a Sunday, and she invited us over to her office after church to begin the search. She was relentless in her search for houses for us to look at in our price range, and in an area that was safe and clean in our city. Karen will be more than just a Realtor to you and your family...she will be a friend. We found a house that we made into a home we love only one month into our search, and could not have done it without Karen's help. Wow, did we Luck out! We showed up in town not knowing a single person but as soon as we met Karen she made us feel welcome. Karen worked extremely hard to find us the house we wanted with the secifications we were looking for. Not knowing a lot about real estate and the process of buying a house, it was very comforting having such a professional working for us and looking out for our interests. No matter if it was day or night, Karen made herself available to answer our questions and concerns. In the end she helped us negotiate a fair deal on the house of our dreams. | Thank you for all your have done. You have been such a supportive and caring neighbor and friend.
